Features

The Central Venous Cannulation Simulator is designed for realistic central line insertion training across emergency medicine, critical care, and advanced clinical skills programmes. External and internal structures are positioned to match real patient anatomy, allowing learners to develop correct technique for subclavian, internal jugular, and external jugular vascular access.

Palpable anatomical landmarks include the sternal notch, clavicle, and sternocleidomastoid muscle. The sternal notch depresses realistically when palpated. Vessels represented include the subclavian vein, internal jugular vein, external jugular vein, and carotid artery. The replaceable muscle and bone insert and easy-to-change internal tubing make this simulator well suited to repeated classroom and laboratory use.
