The Bariatric CPR Manikin is designed to prepare students for the realities of a typical cardiac arrest event, where the patient may be elderly and overweight. Featuring a large body type with an additional fat layer, the manikin presents the physical challenges students are likely to face in real-world resuscitation scenarios.

Realistic head tilt and chin lift allow correct airway opening technique, and the airway can be manipulated to simulate airway obstruction and choking situations. Palpable and visual anatomical landmarks support correct hand placement for chest compressions.
