The functional airway and vascular systems support a full range of training scenarios. Bilateral lung expansion with visible chest rise confirms correct ventilation, while the unilateral chest movement option allows instructors to introduce collapsed lung and mainstem intubation complications. The patent umbilicus provides venous and arterial access with realistic blood flashback, and IV access is available at the hand and foot. A waterproof body supports bathing and general newborn care training. Birth anomaly modules for myelomeningocele and omphalocele enable scenario-based congenital presentation training.
