Practise venepuncture and IV insertion using a compact, self-contained trainer designed for convenient classroom and individual skills training. The Portable IV Hand Trainer combines realistic vein access with a lightweight design, making it ideal for student practice, skills labs and mobile training environments.

The trainer is constructed from soft material with visible and palpable veins located on the back of the hand, allowing practice at common venepuncture sites. As the vein is palpated, the skin rolls naturally, and a characteristic pop is felt when the needle enters the vein. A realistic flashback confirms proper needle placement, allowing practice of IV starts, fluid injection and over-the-needle catheter techniques.

The included plastic storage case converts into a workstation, making setup quick and allowing each student to train independently. The trainer is designed for repeated use, though the skin and veins are not replaceable.
