Sakamoto Auscultation Simulator, Light
Sakamoto's Auscultation Simulator reproduces various sounds for practice of auscultation so true to life that it will elevate any clinical simulation. The simulator reproduces characteristics of heart and the breathing sounds which are totally customisable and can be heard through any standard stethoscope.

Skills
- Auscultation of heart and breathing sounds
- Sounds are generated from the airway and the left and right lungs on the simulator torso
- Use any stethoscope to carry out auscultation
- Heart sounds are generated from the left and right cardiac base, the left edge of the sternum and the cardiac apex
- Stethoscope included to carry out auscultation
Features
- Learning through practice with a sense of reality:
- Sternum and soft touch of the skin
- Seven built-in speakers (volume adjustable) provide true-to-life experience of hearing cardiac and breath sounds of actual patients by applying a stethoscope
- Realistic auscultatory sounds:
- Reproduction of complicated cases is possible by combinations of 20 cases of cardiac sounds and 12 cases of breath sounds
- Quickly adjust heart and lung sounds using the easy to use app and touchscreen tablet (included)
- Use the tablet to identify differences in auscultation sounds for each case
- Practical clinical training with a lifelike, soft torso gives a real sense of presence which is ideal for learning auscultation techniques
- Heart sounds and breathing sounds can be played back via a the included tablet, included Bluetooth speaker as well as directly from the body of the manikin
- Adjustable to details:
- The heart rate and respiratory rate are adjustable via the included tablet
- The volume of cardiac and breath sounds is adjustable in each region (cardiac and pulmonary regions) or all regions
- Saving and loading memory files:
- The setting values for the cardiac and breath sounds can be saved together as a single memory file
- Up to five memory files can be saved, and the titles of each memory file can also be changed
- Presentation of case profiles:
- Presentation of case profiles and points of attention with graphs facilitates understanding of characteristics of each disease
