Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require your Account Number and our reference number.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Returned Goods
If you wish to return any goods you must obtain an authorisation from our Customer Services Department.
Please refer to your Account Number and our reference number.
Please send any goods prepaid at your risk. Any returns that are not prepaid will be refused. A 15% restocking charge will be charged to your account.
The only exception to this policy will be if we have dispatched incorrect or faulty goods. If this is the case please call our Customer Service Department: 01795 471378
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
