ASC01 C-Panel – Control Module

The C-panel software is the central hub for managing all the SimClever™ modules from one single location. Scenarios can also be played through this or on-the-fly changes can be made during the simulation for a more dynamic session. Requires a Windows PC or tablet (not included) – please see the minimum specification requirements under Additional Information

ASC02 C-Mon – Hybrid Patient Monitor Module

This provides a lively experience which closely mimics the bedside patient monitors students will encounter in real-life (when used with a touchscreen tablet*). The monitor can also be used to access simulated laboratory results, diagnostic imaging and clinical information without needing a different or additional interface. Vital parameters are customisable to replicate various diseases and the following vitals are available:

Vital Signs:

• ECG
• SpO2 and graphics
• ETCO2 and graphics
• Respiratory Rate and graphics
• Body temperature
• Blood pressure

Cardiac Rhythms:

• Sinus Rhythm
• Ventricular tachycardia
• Supraventricular tachycardia

ASC03 C-Nario – Scenario Creating Module

With C-Nario, there is the ability to create multiple scenes in your scenario and automate essential findings such as lung dynamics, laboratory results and imaging for each scene. During training, it is easy to switch between different scenes with just one click. Scenarios can be edited, saved and shared from a single location and notes can also be added, e.g. door notes for OSCEs. Additionally, you can share and use scenarios saved by other SimClever™ users – the possibilities are endless. On-the-fly edits are also possible, allowing for a more dynamic simulation control in response to student interventions.

ASC04 C-Lab – Laboratory and C-Im – Diagnostic Imaging Module

Using the C-Lab module, students can see results instantly on-screen correlated with the scenario.

For accurate diagnosis, the selection of both the right imaging techniques and accurate interpretation of these is also crucial. Using C-Im, students can access a range of preinstalled X-ray, MRI and ultrasound-guided images. There is also the option to install your own images using ASC03 C-Nario – Scenario Creating Module. Further hardware or printouts are not required, the C-Lab and C-Im module is an additional module for ASC02 C-Mon – Hybrid Patient Monitor.

ASC05 C-tag – Location Marker

Location marker tags can be stuck to any manikin or standardised patient and when used with the ASC06 C-Ound – Hybrid Digital Stethoscope, allow various heart, lung and bowel sounds to be heard – 30 are supplied with the bundle but more can be ordered.

ASC06 C-Ound – Hybrid Digital Stethoscope

The stethoscope works with ASC05 C-tag – Location Marker. The sounds can be controlled on-the-fly or according to a scenario by ASC01 C-Panel – Control Module and ASC03 C-Nario – Scenario Creating Module, and also work in sync with ASC02 C-Mon – Hybrid Patient Monitor.

ASC07 C-Pool – Lung, Heart and Gastrointestinal Auscultation Sound Library

This auscultation database contains 50 heart, lung and bowel sounds. The recordings were taken from real patients and underwent signal procession to achieve optimal, lifelike audio quality even as rhythms/scenarios change. This way, students will be able to experience a real, vital sound experience.

ASC08 C-Lary – Hybrid  Digital Laryngoscope Set (Sizes MAC 0- 4)

The innovative laryngoscope has a light and camera installed and works wirelessly with the ASC01 C-Panel – Control Module. Tutors and students can monitor intubation in real-time video from the performer’s perspective. Video and still images can also be saved for later debriefing. The ASC08 C-Lary includes MAC 0 – 4 sizes for newborn, paediatric and adult patients to offer a breadth of training scenario possibilities.

ASC09 C-Vent – Mechanical Ventilation Simulator

C-Vent offers advanced lung physiology and mobility. Choose from preinstalled scenarios or create your own with the ability to control lung compliance, airway resistance, total lung capacity and spontaneous breathing to suit the simulation scenario.

ASC010 C-Defib – Hybrid Defibrillator/Cardioverter/Pace/ AED Simulator

C-Defib has been designed to practice defibrillation safely, without applying a real shock, making the system safe for use with a standardised patient or low-fidelity manikin. In the C-Defib software module, adjustments to energy delivery can be made, as in real life, via the ASC02 C-Mon – Hybrid Patient Monitor. The tutor can control the C-Defib via the ASC01 C-Panel – Control Module.
