TruBaby® X Lite replicates the appearance, weight, size, and movement of a 50th percentile 5-month-old infant, enabling credible, repeatable simulation that supports competency development and consistent assessment outcomes across paediatric clinical skills programmes, including DOPS and PBLS training.
The unit is ready for use in under 5 minutes with quick and easy replacement of inserts to maintain training quality and minimise downtime. It is built for high-throughput environments, with each IV and IM injection site withstanding 250+ needle penetrations, each IO insert withstanding up to 5 procedures, and urethral catheterisation supporting 100+ insertions.
