We’re looking forward to a busy season of events, conferences, and society meetings, which will see members of the Adam,Rouilly team on the road over the next few months.

We’ll be exhibiting at several of the main industry events on the future of simulation in healthcare this spring and summer.

These conferences provide the perfect opportunity to engage with healthcare professionals, educators and simulation experts from around the world.

As well as learning from each other and staying abreast of all the latest developments in the field, it gives us the chance to gain valuable feedback on our popular products and latest innovations.

This year we’ll be showcasing exciting new product ranges which are available exclusively through Adam,Rouilly in the UK including SimClever™.

SimClever™ software and devices transform manikins, task trainers or standardised patients into a mid-fidelity learning experience. The portable, modular simulation system gives trainers full control over vital signs and scenarios in real-time for more realistic medical training.

This is an innovative, yet cost-effective, solution for medical trainers looking to significantly enhance teaching, without paying tens of thousands of pounds for a high-fidelity manikin.

We’ll also be attending a number of events which bring anatomy professionals together to progress research and development in all aspects of the anatomical sciences field.

By joining key organisations such as the Anatomical Society, the British Association of Clinical Anatomists and the Institute of Anatomical Sciences, and supporting the Early Career Anatomists, we can make sure the products we supply are relevant to the needs of medical training and education, both now and for the future.

You can read more how Adam,Rouilly stays relevant in anatomical sciences education in this article linked here.

We’re looking forward to seeing lots of colleagues, customers and collaborators over the next few months. If you’d like to book a meeting with our Sales Team during their tour, please get in touch via the information at the bottom of the page.

Conferences

SimNET SE – May 30

First stop is the 2025 SimNET South East Conference being held at Oxford Brookes University’s Simulation Centre on May 30.

This event brings together healthcare professionals, educators and simulation experts to explore the future of simulation-based education and patient safety.

There’s a packed agenda of talks from acclaimed industry experts including keynote speaker, Andy Buttery.  His keynote will discuss ‘A Career in Simulation and a Vision for the Future’.

We’ll be exhibiting an extensive selection of our products at Table 6 in room MRG33, where SimNet audiences will be among the first to experience the SimClever™ collection first hand.

Other items we’ll be taking include our Infusion Arm Trainer, Corman Adult Nasogastric/Nasojejunal Feeding Trainer, Digital Cricoid Pressure Trainer , Glucohand Digital Glucometer SimulatorAge Simulation Suit, our improved Maternity Model, Intubation Trainer and Broncho Junior.

Premier Conference – June 10-11

In June we’re headed to Premier’s dedicated Paediatric Emergency Medicine Conference which focuses on paediatric medical emergencies and trauma emergency care.

We are always working to enhance paediatric emergency care through innovation, collaboration and continuous learning, so we’re excited to be taking part in this event at Hope Church in Winchester.

We’ll be exhibiting a selection of simulators and manikins from our extensive paediatric range. This includes items we have developed and manufactured in partnership with leading clinicians to meet specific medical needs.

For example, our Hungry Manikin Paediatric Nasogastric Feeding Trainer, which was designed by nutrition nurses at Birmingham Children’s Hospital to demonstrate the safe insertion of nasogastric and gastrostomy tubes in children.

You can read more about the development and importance of Hungry Manikin here.

Attendees at the conference will also be able to take a closer look at our models for teaching skills such as intraosseous cannulation, bronchoscopy, injections, regional anaesthesia, central line insertion and defibrillation in paediatrics.

SESAM 2025 – June 25-27

The Society for Simulation in Europe (SESAM) conference is always a major event in our calendar and this year’s  30th annual meeting is no exception.

SESAM 2025 has the theme ‘Developing, Adopting and Embedding Innovative Simulation’ and takes place at the Palacio de Congresos in the beautiful city of Valencia.

This event offers a unique opportunity to engage with global experts, explore cutting-edge research and contribute to the future of simulation in healthcare.

Last year’s was busier than ever, so we’re looking forward to soaking up more knowledge, while sharing best practice with hundreds of delegates from dozens of countries worldwide.

We’ll also be demonstrating some of our newest models and ranges, including Debra Enhanced Impacted Fetal Head Simulator, and the full Hospital Bundle from SimClever.

We can’t wait to see what the professional community thinks about these innovative new solutions.

SimtechDay South – August 15

This is another great event, offering an immersive and educational experience for simulation technicians using cutting-edge technology and resources.

It’s designed to offer technicians the opportunity to learn, exchange information and discover the latest innovations in  simulation products from leading suppliers.

We’ll be showcasing a range of our products, including those which offer rich training experiences while respecting tight budgets, such as the SimClever collection.

We will also have our Digital Eye and Ear Examination Trainer Set, CorMan Adult Nasogastric/Nasojejunal Feeding Trainer, Glucohand Digital Glucometer Simulator, Venepuncture, Cannulation, Infusion & Injection Arm, Age Simulation Suit, and our improved Maternity Model.

Society events and meetings

Early Career Anatomists (ECA) – June 23-24

This is the fourth annual hybrid ECA Conference and takes place at the University of Nottingham. The theme this year is ‘Anatomy Unbound: Integrating Disciplines and Connecting Generations’.

The event aims to provide a platform for early career anatomists to share work, ideas and insights.

At Adam,Rouilly, our mission is to enhance anatomical education through innovation, collaboration and continuous learning, so we’re looking forward to connecting with people early on in their anatomy careers at this pivotal event.

British Association of Clinical Anatomists (BACA) – July 4

Hot on the heels of ECA, we’ll be headed to the BACA Summer Scientific Meeting hosted by the Aston Medical School Team at Aston University.

BACA is committed to the advancement of the study and research of anatomy and related disciplines by bringing together researchers, educators, clinicians, and students from all around the UK and creating opportunities for networking, mentoring and development.

Anatomical Society Meeting – July 14-16

This Summer Meeting brings together leading researchers, educators, clinicians and industry professionals in the field of anatomy, and we’re proud to be a part of it.

The society promotes, develops and advances research and education in all aspects of anatomical science and aims to inspire the next generation of anatomists by supporting their training. The meeting is taking place at St John’s College Oxford with an impressive list of keynote speakers who will be exploring this year’s theme of human cortical development.

Institute of Anatomical Sciences (IAS) – September 1-2

Last and by no means least on our conference tour is the Autumn Scientific Meeting of the IAS, taking place at the University of Bristol’s School of Anatomy.

This exciting two-day gathering brings together an international group of Anatomy and Anatomically-related professionals dedicated to sharing knowledge, techniques and practices to ensure informed intellectual and technical expertise in the Anatomical Sciences. The packed agenda includes a wide variety of lectures and workshops across human and veterinary anatomy.

We’ve been part of the IAS for almost 40 years, having joined just two years after it was founded, and have attended its meetings ever since, so we’re looking forward to meeting up with academics, technicians and students and learning more about the latest developments in the field of Anatomical Sciences.
